Complimentary shipping

Shipping is complimentary on every order, with no minimum spend. Orders are shipped within the United States.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within two business days of being placed. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on destination. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Packaging

Every bag ships in its cotton dust bag inside a protective outer box. Nothing about the outer packaging identifies the contents.

Address changes

If you need to correct a delivery address, email us at contact@generalbirchmark.store as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually amend an address before dispatch but not after.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Redelivery is complimentary.
